I was just curious if anyone else was running into this issue... In every zone that there is an encounter. None of the Mobs are dying off and I get stuck in combat.Shows the enemies Health at zero, but they do not die. They just continue to attack my party until I am dead. I have not been able to do anything in this Beta due to that reason.. and feedback would be much appreciated thank you.

Hmmm... yes, you may be in need of a certain finisher spell/weapon.

 

What is your character fighting with? Are the enemies blessed/cursed with a certain tome. Is there a wizard in the back somewhere keeping them alive?

I encountered similar issue twice, but it worked in my favour - my companions refused to die and continued to fight even though I couldn’t control them.

 

I am curious, are you doing something out of ordinary? Something must cause that to happen. If it’s happening to you regularly a detailed bug report might be helpful in figuring out what is causing this issue.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. It`s hard to say since it happens to me every time in any battle. Regardless of what I am using and or casting etc... From my knowledge I am not doing anything out of  the ordinary. I even tried a fresh reinstall and the issue still occurs.

Then I would strongly encourage going to bug report sub forum of the beta discussion, and posting bug report together with an attached save. There must be something unique about your playthrough that constantly causes it to happen.
