My monk is getting ignored

I'm sending my monk in first but I can't generate wounds because enemies just ignore him when I send the rest of my team in. What should I do?

What's the rest of your party? Classes, attributes, gear etc.?

If he is heavily armored they will ignore him. Try leather or mail and no shield. If that doesn’t work, try clothing. Also, armour up your Squishies in the back row. The AI will ignore heavies if you have squishies.
