God, I love these guys!

I've noticed that some scenarios have unique interactions between players and allies, or allies and NPCs.

I'm including the few I've found so far. Feel free to share those you know about.

Ameiko Kaijistu and Orik Vancaskerkin, Thistletop Delve (Deck 1)
Shalelu Andosana's intro and outro, Them Orge's Ain't Right (Deck 3)
Shalelu Andosana and Jakardros Sovark, The Fort in Peril (Deck 3)
Vale Temros and Jaagrath Kreeg, The Fort in Peril (Deck 3) ***OR*** Jakardros Sovark and Jaagrath Kreeg, The Fort in Peril (Deck 3)
Jakardros Sovark intro, Battle at the Dam (Deck 3)
Jakardros Sovark and Val Temros intro, Into the Mountains (Deck 3)
Maester Grump, Sandpoint Under Siege (Deck 4)
Ezren and the Clockwork Librarian, The Ancient Library (Deck 4)
Father Zantus, Underneath Sandpoint (Deck 5)
Ameiko Kaijistu, Underneath Sandpoint (Deck 5)
Azaven and Valeros, Thassilonian Sins (Deck 5)

My favourite exchanges (sort of) are between Kyra and Merisiel (later decks), revealing that they are in a relationship. Never had Valeros and Lem in the same party, but they should have interesting conversations as well.

As to the one-woman/girl sequences, the best are Lini's shouts, e.g. at Attack on Sandpoint. "Save the dog, shield the horse, the goblins die, of course." (approximately)

The only "sad" thing about these great lines is that with the same group composition, starting and closing sequences of the same scenario are always with the same character. Ezren, Kyra, Merisiel and Seoni at Attack on Sandpoint => Ezren always talks to the Father Zantus. If they were a little bit random, it would be much more entertaining than it is now (which is still great).

Right, but I was referring to the ally cards, not the other playable characters. Obsidian, being Obsidian, decided to include checks for these and write special dialog.

I stand corrected! :) I think Ilsoari has (or had) some interaction with Orik. So far, I have not observed any interactions with e.g. Ameiko.

Along the lines of what Jenceslav was saying above, I just started a solo playthrough with Valeros...

He has a lot of special dialog. The writers must have tackled him first or something.

There are a handful of special interactions depending on if your party has specific cards, or a specific composition of characters.  Additionally, I believe there are a handful of examples in the early part of the game where a character that beat a villain (the "champion") might get an extra line or two in the post scenario epilogue, or even in some part of some other scenario if it was relevant.

If I recall, Nathan Davis got a bunch of credit for the dialogue.  I still really wish the game had the tabletop scenario cards with their paragraph-long descriptions, but his little character-driven stories do an excellent job explaining what's going on in the game.

I'm almost entirely certain that the reason it was so easy to fit conditional dialogue into Pathfinder was that they actually used the same in-house conversation flowchart program that they used for Pillars of Eternity.  It's not just the "Obsidian touch", the Pathfinder team also had access to some cool in-house tools.   ;)

I am amused that Valeros is always portrayed as a lovable oaf, despite the fact that Ezren and Lem are the only iconics with a higher intelligence stat in the RPG.

He might be a goof "on camera", but in his free time Valeros is probably playing Cello concertos or reviewing scientific articles for The Varisian Journal of Metallurgical Arts.
