Reimbursement information required



So, it's been a while since I last logged in to the game. Not because I lost interest or anything, but mainly because I was busy. I came back to the game earlier this month, and I see that at some point you decided to change your business model, and now it is no longer possible to purchase new adventures with gold, only cash can be used.


That's all well and good, but I made a cash investment back in October of last year to have enough gold to unlock all adventures (To be exact, a daily gold and a "Buried Treasure" bundle) and since the business model has now changed, now I have about 19k gold that I can no longer use to unlock adventures. So, how do I go around to request a refund?


This doesn't mean I'm dissatisfied with the game or anything along those lines. In fact, I'd use the money from the refund tocunlock the
