I just installed Pathfinder on my Android phone, and purchased 9000 gold in it. Though I recieved a google play confirmation for a 10.62 euros purchase, the gold didn't appear in my app. 

 

The account number in pathfinder adventures appears as DB865BBA8092F294

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime on Android 5.0.2

 

I tried restarting, the app, the phone, and both, with no effect.

 

What should I do ? Did I just lost my money ?

 

 

Were you Connected to google play when you did that puhase?

All in all in you should contact the Obsidian support.

Thanks fir your answer. Yes, I was. Pathfinder automatically connects to Google play at start up. As I said, I got the purchase confirmation by mail and in Google play purchase history.

 

I did mail support with this information. Still waiting for answer.

Still no answer, but the problem has been solved. My gold has appeared.
