The perfect placement of Torment's Reach requires some micro, but other approaches like using Turning Wheel don't require any.

If you pick only passive abilities the AI will just spam Torment's Reach which is all you need in a lazy party... :yes:

Speaking of companion AI:
 

How do you guys generally set it? I use Aggressive, Aggressive for everyone. The only problem with this is that ranged attacks too fast and gets aggro first sometimes. Better ideas?

You can customize your party formation and put the ranged characters far behind your melee... And yes, you should set everything on aggressive...

I put them right behind - maybe that's the problem. I will try to put them two space behind.
