March 19, 20178 yr Eothian temple, that is the temple in Gilded Vale, on the way back with the bones for the quest "Buried Secrets", you come into a room with some candles and get the option to "Snuff a Candle" - But nothing happens... Anyone knows what this is for?
March 19, 20178 yr Nope. It has no effect on the game. But maybe it has in PoE2 if you import your save game. If I look at Josh and his diabolical grin that appears every now and then in the twitch streams i can imagine that OBS might put a consequence into PoE2 if you snuffed the candle in PoE1. March 19, 20178 yr Well, it's called "Deadfire". Therefore it's obvious that in PoE2, you start play as a snuffed candle, and build your way up from there.
