February 18, 20178 yr Are shop prices supposed to go down when your reputation increases? For example, I wanted to buy "Tall grass" pike in Dyrford. When I first arrived, the price was 12075, with default reputation. After I've done all the quests in the area and reached maximum reputation, the price was the same. I remember it was different when I first played the game a year ago. What is the purpose of reputation then?
February 19, 20178 yr The purpose of reputation is mainly for dialogue checks and the like. By design, reputation has no impact on shop prices, though I agree there's an argument to be made that it should.
February 19, 20178 yr It 100% should. It should have a huge effect on prices as well, since if it did affect them that would be the only thing it affected in the whole game
