Can't change my party member

I can't change my party member.

Merisiel is locked , and a skull is on her icon.

Hmmm...

Go to manage party

And drag of party members to the up section.

And drag new bembers down to Empty slot (starting from the left)

If character is locked, it is possible that a) scenario is not ended or B) the save file is corrupted.

A) play the scenario to the end and then manage the party.

B) delete the croup and make new croup using same or different members

I had turn on permadeath before.

She dead in the game,and I turned it off.

After that I still can use Merisiel as before , but can't change her.

I can't choose Merisiel, how to delete her?

Or I should lost everything I got?

What was the solution? I'm having the same problem with Seoni.

Delete the game save, and reform your party using your previous characters (push the "Experienced" button to find them).

You will lose your Heroic/Legendary completions, but general game progress and character abilities/cards will be the same as before.

Unfortunately, there is presently no other way to exorcise any undead or locked party members from your game.

Hmmm thanks Ethics for the workaround but I'm going to look into this. Characters shouldnot be getting locked out on your character party.
