Azzuro bug

Reporting a bug with the merchant Azzuro,

 

He can bug out and come to the stronghold and not offer anything for sale and cannot be found inside the stronghold. This is after completing his quest and paying him. On the stronghold status page is appears as a blank notifications but notifies you when he leaves.

Same problem. I find old posts saying this bug occurred but was supposed to have been fixed in 3.02. Right now I have Azzurro and Geyda supposedly visiting but I can not find them anywhere.

I had him at the same time as a visitor and also wanting to sell me stuff. Two times, too.

I am seeing this happen right now. My Hold's Actions screen says he is at the stronghold but he is not there. On another post someone said you can buy from him in the stronghold GUI but I don't see any options for that either.
