Random crashing

Playing on a LG-D415 Android 5.0.2 phone.  My PFID is apparently 9F10552F50FABA72.  Build is VER-751-20161222.

 

After 1.1.6.1 came out, the game ran fine for a bit.  For the last week or so it's started crashing randomly, maybe once every 10 minutes of play on average.  Also times out on startup maybe 1 time in 4 or 5; Android eventually detects it as not responding and gives me the option to kill it.

Yeeeeeah; little embarrassed now.  After putting up with this problem for a week or so, I finally got around to installing the latest Android patch for my phone, and it seems to be working flawlessly since.  Oops?

Well good that it helped! In Many phones there just Are not any updates that could fix problems like this.
