Hi All. I really miss playing and am completely shut out of my game due to the lost characters and character screen completely glitched. I've posted here since last week and sent an email to support. I see some people getting responses and their content back. I did pay for the RotR if that makes any difference (shouldn't imo), but would really like to start playing again! Any ideas on how to get help for a game that is now unplayable or perhaps an idea on how long a response might take?
