Monk Stat Question

What stat specifically makes the Monk do more damage when they use their fists? Is it Dex? Just not too sure on this.

Yes, the monk power uses Dex as the base combat stat when activated.

Yes, it is Dexterity, provided you make sure use his Unarmed Strike power or some ranged weapon to attack.
