Simulacrum of Vraxeris wisdom check at Shimmering Veils

I've just encounted the Simulacrum of Vraxeris at the Shimmering Veils of Pride with Seelah. She passed her wisdom check to not recharge her hand, and was prompted to recharge a card. After recharging a single card (Shimmering Veils effect), her entire hand recharged, as if she had failed her wisdom check.

I can conform this also happened to me just now. And the victim also happened to be Seelah.
