October 24, 20169 yr Hi all, so I have a cipher for the first time and I took psychic backlash. Not having a great deal of experience with cipher I naively presumed the idea was for the ability to stun the opposition not the cipher. Sadly though, for some reason my cipher is stunned for 2 seconds in the beginning of combat - all combat. Seems quite a suicidal ability if it's not a bug.... October 24, 20169 yr Hello rheingold, This is listed in the 3.04 patch as a fixed bug list. I think the patch is due out very soon (this week?) but you can download the 3.04 beta if you want to play with this fix now.
