Hi all, so I have a cipher for the first time and I took psychic backlash. Not having a great deal of experience with cipher I naively presumed the idea was for the ability to stun the opposition not the cipher.
Sadly though, for some reason my cipher is stunned for 2 seconds in the beginning of combat - all combat. Seems quite a suicidal ability if it's not a bug.... At the moment he is definitely a leading contender for the Darwin awards.
