Purchasing Validation Error

Greetings Adventurers! 

 

If you have purchased an item in our game and you were charged but didn't receive the item, please contact support@obsidian.net with your User ID (username #xxxx) and forwarded copy of your receipt. Once we have that information, we can look into your account and correct the issue.

I think it depends on the how many inquiries they get, given the small team working on Pathfinder.  And it seems like we just hit a large amount of people purchasing things and not receiving them post this last update, so they may have gotten a number.
