What's the typical turn-around time for a response from support@obsidian.net?  I sent email with a receipt for a missing purchase yesterday morning, and the radio silence in return is a little unnerving.    Calrider #6376

I think it depends on the how many inquiries they get, given the small team working on Pathfinder.  And it seems like we just hit a large amount of people purchasing things and not receiving them post this last update, so they may have gotten a number.

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
