When levelling up Kyra, I cannot select the upgraded version of Dawnflower's Favor. Its basic version has a green star symbol as if I selected to gain this feat, but I had actually gained it during my previous level-up.

Yes, happened to me as well. Kyra got Dawnflower's Favor on her last upgrade, and it still works, but I could not choose Dawnflower's Favorite (the upgraded version). Any other prerequisite I missed, or just a bug?
