The rolls for Iesha Foxglove triggered properly under 1.3.7, but under 1.3.8 they no longer occur.  I assume that the rolls are not occurring in the background, as I have been unable to pull a Haunt that does not summon Iesha Foxglove.

Are you playing on Legendary? She gets summoned every haunt you encounter when playing on the highest difficulty.

Hmmmm.  I was playing on Legendary last night, although I want to say that I was playing on normal a few nights ago and not getting rolls there, either.  At the same time, I spent quite a while beating my head against this scenario on Legendary with two different parties, and I don't recall ever missing the rolls before.  I'll poke at it tonight and report back!

Actually even on heroic mode, she is always summoned.
