Hi,

do I need to use the upscale feature of the White March (and other areas) to be able to unlock the Ultimate achievement ?

Thanks !

According to this, you don't need it. I'm not even sure the upscale makes up for the over-leveling. (Unless all encounters and npc are well scaled)

On the otherhand, if you were cool enough you'd have upscale them anyway 8)

I wish games came out with no achievements. It's a scourge. Instead of just playing the game, people are playing for achievements. One of the reasons I don't use GOG Galaxy is so that I can keep that scourge out of my games.

Nothing wrong with playing the game for achievements if that makes you happy. I find that achievements sometimes extend the games lifespan for me.

I finished the game so many times i just wanted to officially "complete" it with a run in solo at max difficult. At that point do that and earning ultimare were on same route.
