August 13, 20169 yr One problem right at the beginning. Cascia(SP?) won't follow my character, and I'm tearing my hair out trying to get her to follow...
August 13, 20169 yr Companions don't automatically follow your character, you need to tell them where to go. When you click and hold left-mouse button, you can draw a selection box - like in an RTS game or when selecting icons in your operating system - and then drag the box so that both characters are in it. Then release left mouse button. When you look at the bottom portion of the screen, you'll see that both portraits are highlighted, and by left clicking the ground, both will go where you told them to. You can also select multiple characters by holding down ctrl key and clicking on characters/their portraits. Edited August 13, 20169 yr by Fenixp

August 13, 20169 yr Also, there's a key (backspace, I think) which will select every member of your party. Then they'll all move in formation to where you click. You can change the formation with one of the GUI buttons, or also make your own custom formations, which can be useful sometimes.

You can also use the number keys to select individual characters, in the order they are organized at the bottom of the screen. You can reorder them as well by the way, just left-click hold a portrait and drag it left or right. This can be useful when using the standard party formations.
