Quest mode, get something like "whenever a henchman is defeated deal 1d4 Force damage" to start for the scenario power. However, the power does not activate when a henchman is defeated, nor does the scenario power show up as existing on the display to the left where is should be stated.

1.0.3.1, iPad Air, iOS 8.4.

I've had scenario power fail to display multiple times on the left, not sure what causes it.

Although my note(at least for the one I wrote down - might have happened other times) says that it was also the 1d4 damage scenario power.

I also had the "Retaliation" wild card (1 on 1d6 after defeating a monster causes 1 fire damage).  Maybe that's relevant.

Just as described in OP, I also encounter this bug often if not always: a scenario power shows during setup but disappears when scenario begins.
