Same thing happens to me with the Stormcaller but it would always fix itself when you re-equip your weapon/reload your game. Check whether the bonus applies in the combat log. 0 AlexDeLarge Posted June 8, 2016 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Same thing happened to my Lead Spitter. Both Ruffian Focus and Exceptional Enchant weren't active. Reload fixed it.
