Flask of force affecting other locations

Had a flask of force displayed at a location with single character

Character encounters barrier:skeletal horde

All characters benefitted from the flask of force on their summoned skeletons

Figure its the same problem as the frozen orb mentioned here http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/86969-frozen-orbs-extra-combat-die-affects-all-characters-til-its-off-deck/
