I am using an LG G4, Andriod version 6.0

 

i have seen this multiple times, in multiple modes, in multiple orders, and differing characters

 

The Fox card, which clearly states "recharge this card to add 1d4 to any Intelligence or Wisdom check" is only available for use with the character who is playing the card (IE if Sajan has it, he can only use it when it's his turn on his check, not on any one else's check)

Yeah, this has been reported...a lot. and the joke "What does the Fox say?" has been made. Will be fixed at some point in upcoming patches.
