April 29, 20169 yr Goblin Warchanter's text "Before you act, succeed at a Wisdom 8 check or you may not play spells..." Currently, Warchanter is causing all characters to have to roll a Wisdom check, regardless of location (which shouldn't be a factor anyway). The only character that should have to make the Wisdom check is the character having the encounter. No one else, even at that location, should need to make a Wisdom check.

This actually is working as intended. We went through many iterations trying to find a balance between gameplay flow and power.
April 29, 20169 yr Actually, the Goblin Warchanter should require anyone that wants to play a spell with the attack trait or a weapon to make the check. http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1gu#v5748eaic9t7b So, while the app isn't perfectly emulating the card game here, it is more than just the one encountering it.

Looks like there was a fairly recent adjustment (April 2015) to "you". And if you are THE Hawkmoon, it's awesome to see you here Edited April 29, 20169 yr by Deekow
April 29, 20169 yr We plan to revise the Warchanter and Warchanter-like monsters to trigger when you try to use a weapon, spell, or the like. The original implementation was bug-prone and caused a lot of confusion when it happened. We've gone back and reworked the code and interface for this quite a bit. When it's fully tested and ready, we'll include it in a game update. I'm unreasonably excited about the cool effects and animation our UI designer and art lead, Andre Nguyen, has made for it!
