Iconic Projection has always bypassed enemy DR - I assume this has something to do with its unique mechanic. For proof, note this combat log against a 4 DR Ivory Spiderling:

 

 

However, this mechanic has never been shown in the spell's description; ideally, a note about the DR bypass should be added.

This issue is still unchanged; at this point, I assume the DR bypass on IP and Twin Stones is intentional and this is simply a tooltip error.
