Hi!

 

Knockdown got buffed: instead of being a primary attack it is now a full attack.

 

However - the Girdle of the Driving Wave still gives you the old ability that only does a primary attack.

 

I guess it was just forgotten - in the past this also was the case with all the items that had "Spellbind: Whisper of Treason". When it's casting time was buffed from average to fast the items still had average casting time.
