Biography and Visions not updating

Just finished up Raedric's Hold and entered Black Meadow. Apparently nothing has updated since my chat with Calisca.

I encountered the same problem: reached Caed Nua, but Biography's last entry is from dialog with Calisca while Visions completely empty.

My previous character has more text reaching Valewood at the start of the game...

I have the same problem.  I created a new character (Aumaua Barbarian) a few days ago and have now become the master of Caed Nua, however my Biography does not have a single update in it besides my initial character selection and backstory choices.  The visions list is also completely blank.  Please please please fix this, it is hindering my enjoyment of the game greatly.
