What are the best talents for a priest in POTD? Is inspiring radiance worth upgrading or should i just build them as an off-tank?

I think it is generally:

-priest deity talent with +10 accuracy to 2 weapons (use those weapons!)

-interdiction

-painful interdiction

-vulnerable attack or rarely penetrating shot on a gunner / rod priest

-scion of flame

-one of weapon and shield style, apprentice sneak (skaen) attack, gunner, dangerous implement (depending on priest type and weapons used)

From here it's up to you, maybe weapon focus, aspirants mark, quickswitch+runners wounding shot (on island aumaua)

It totally depends what role you preist fulfills. But notice that the +10 ACC from Inspiring Radiance do stack with all other ACC buffs. So a Paladin with Zealous Focus and a Priest with Insp. Radiance can boost your party to +16 ACC.

Aggrandizing Radiance is often overlooked because people think it lowers the healing the Radiance does. But it only lowers the healing YOU (as a priest) will receive. Your party members still get the full healing factor.

I'm running a Priest of Eothas at the moment with Painful Interdiction and Insp. + Aggr. Radiance and Hope Eternal + Weapon Focus Knight (for Morning Star). Since I don't like per rest spells too much I can now cast two per encounter abilities that are really strong. I will lack other talents though. But at the moment (lvl 7) I'm very pleased. Maybe I retrain when I get Spell Mastery - I'll see.

I really wonder if Aggr. Radiance stacks with Outlander's Frenzy or Minor Avatar...?

Is this still true? The description says everyone receives less healing.

Wait what?!  Oh balls I always thought it was everyone!  Well I know what I will be trying out next playthrough...

It used to be so. Can't speak for 3.06 or 3.05 though. The description was always wrong.

When I take Inspiring Radiance as well I will use it at the start of the encounter anyway. Healing is completely wasted then, but on the other hand I get +10 stackable ACC for every party member's initial strike or CC spell which is much more important than this mediocre healing. That's one reason why I'd use Aggrandizing R. even if it would remove healing altogether.
