[3.01] Traitors : p at Galawain's Maw

Hello,

 

When I was in galawain's maw, Sul was attacked by his own troups.

 

At the start all is fine. But when I went oustide with the shortcurt : I returned and a "distant" battle start...!

 

I see the log : Sul kill a lion. And after few seconds, Sul is killed by all lions.

 

I have seen a similar bug in this forum, but here, there is a reason for non termination of the battle : there a fight somewhere else on the map.

If necessary I can upload a file, but with reload, I can not replicate the "exploit".

It turns out that the bug comes back from time to time , totally randomly.

Are you playing on Steam? Try verifying your cache and see if that clears up the issues you have been experiencing.

I am on a GOG version.

 

It turns out that the bug comes back from time to time , totally randomly.

 

 

I spoke only of galawain's maw when I said that ^^

Notably, When I returned to Alwah, few minutes after.

When the issue occurs, close the game client, find this file, then attach it to your post

Windows Steam Location: \Steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\output_log.txt

Mac Location: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Linux Location: ~/.config/unity3d/Obsidian Entertainment/Pillars of Eternity/Player.log

At this specific moment, when I enter in galawain's Maw, the bug always fires ! Its our chance : p

Hey theBalthazar,

 

I loaded up your save and everything was a-ok! I did notice a lot of errors in your output log. I would suggest that you uninstall and redownlaod the 3.01 installers from the GOG website or if you have the Galaxy Client use the verify/repair function.
