Observe that she is wielding a fully unlocked Abydon's Hammer. Right-click the Abydon's Power ability and observe it description says it only applies to Vessels. Back to the game, use a character to attack a villager, thus entering combat mode. Use the Priest to cast Devotions for the Faithful on the protagonist to boost her Accuracy. Use the protagonist to attack the elven Wizard until she crits. Observe the that crit proc's Abydon's Power and prones the elf. Either the description needs amending, or the power needs fixing.
