My game saved before 3.0 now freezes the PC as I move around Esternwood.  The crash isn't at a particular location or following a particular action in Esternwood.  I haven't checked if it occurs anywhere else - it doesn't in the brief time it takes me to get from inside the inn to the edge of the map in Caed Nua, or in traversing Black Meadow from the western edge to the northern edge.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! After looking at your logs, I would suggest that you make sure your graphics card is up to date and to verify your game cache in Steam. In your steam library, right click PoE > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
