Ability/Spell Descriptions Reading 0%

I am finding various descriptions of abilities reading 0%.  I have noticed it in the cross-class expansion abilities as well as the 3.0 update.

It seems to apply to the +percentage on level bonus(eg. +10% every 3 levels after 4). It is there on other scaling abilities as well, like Beloved Spirits.
