DnaCowboy Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 (edited) Here is a method I use to take down the harder enemies. I place the party into 'scout' mode (which also places Rover into stealth) then I send him forward on his own, once he has located who he wants to take down he appears and then entices them back towards my stealthed party. Once the enemies are all dead Rover gets his pick of the bones. True story. Edited February 10, 2016 by DnaCowboy 1 No matter how many times cats fight, there's always plenty of kittens.

Yosharian Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 (edited) Yeah Ranger pets are kinda insane in terms of how much scouting and 'pull' power they give a party. And if you do a bad pull and the pet gets whooped it doesn't even matter that much because they have no HP pool, only Endurance. Edited February 11, 2016 by Yosharian 1 Yosharian's Deadfire Builds

So true, pets like Rover are really essential to light armoured, ranged builds Edited February 12, 2016 by DnaCowboy No matter how many times cats fight, there's always plenty of kittens.
