Is Patch 3.0 compatible with patch 2.03 saves?

 

Do we lose all the previous saves? Anyone tried?

I tried and it looks compatible.

It is pretty rare for patches not to be compatible.  Technically my earliest saves from the initial non beta release still work.

The older saves load fine ... and you also get an option to "level up" your casters in order to choose per encounter spells.
