I can't level up most of my characters correctly. When I hit the + to level up, the level up dialog appears. But there are no skill, talent or class ablities to choose. The characters name is also wrong (all affected characters are shown as "tSassy the Merciless").

The only mod I use is "Corrected german language". 

I sometimes use "god"-mode (as console command).

I tried to use some older savegames but still have the same problems.

 

 

Any clue how to fix this problem. Do I have to start over again?

Looks like your save file has gotten corrupted somehow, there are some strange things happening with Aloth and Durance. We are still investigating the issue on seeing how it happened.

I am wondering if this has been resolved? I just bought PoE through steam, and when I reached my first level up I ran into this exact issue. Game essentially not worth playing at all until resolved.

I have the same exact problem with my character, as soon as I gain the 2nd level.

My version is 3.02.1008 (Steam) and I have both expansions.

Sadly it seems each time I try to play this game a new bug is found :/

By verifying the game cache files it was revealed that a couple of them were corrupt. Fixing the corrupt files also fixed this issue for me.

Worked for me too. Bug popped up for the first time for me.
