Shielding Flames, Touch and Reinforcing Exhortation.

So why does Reinforcing Exhortation suppress shielding flames but not shielding touch? And why do shielding flames and shielding touch not suppress each other?  Is this a bug? intended? and if its intended why?

Maybe because then it would make not a lot of sense to take both special talents of the Shieldbearers - which would be kind of sad. All other order specific talents can be used together. It would gimp the Shieldbearers a bit if this didn't stack. But this is just a guess.

I just checked the wiki maybe this is wrong but it says that ANY NUMBER of PASSIVE bonuses should stack and ONE activated bonus can be on without being supressed.  This means that Shielding Flames, Shielding touch and reinforcing exhortation should all stack together correct?

Huh? What does "passive bonus" mean? If you have to cast it it is considered an activated bonus? Then Reinforcing Exhortation is active and not passive - isn't it?

Passive meaning its got an a bonus effect after you cast the ability..like Inspiring Liberation.  You cast Liberating Exhortation but with the upgrade it gives the targeted character a +10 to ACC.  I guess that's what I meant.

Still why does Touch and Reinforcing stack but not shielding flames and reinforcing? what's the difference?

I wrote up a bug, but its still hasn't been looked at. So, not sure if it is intended or not.
