Kaylon Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 Fenwalkers boots description changed (in 2.0?) and now they're supposed to cut also 2s from stuck, hobbled, paralyzed duration - which doesn't work. Is the new description wrong or the boots aren't working as intended?
