0 AndreaColombo
Why? There are many people with the same name in real life. My name's Andrea, and so is the name of a few hundred million other people on the planet. Why should a fantasy world behave any differently? In the case of player-generated characters it would also be a rather forced and arbitrary limitation. If you wanted to play a full party of six people named Antha, you should be able to do so.
