September 11, 201510 yr I'm trying another play-through, In gilded vale right after level 3 I speak to Eder after talking to the dead dwarf woman. His voice is gone in the middle of the conversation and doesn't come back. I have no expansion, playing on the newest patch 2.1

September 13, 201510 yr It's been broken for a while, yes. In my case sometimes the voiced line starts from the middle and not from the beginning. I have to restart the game to fix it.
September 13, 201510 yr I always assumed that this wasn't a glitch, but that they simply didn't have enough budget to record all the lines.

The bug is when sometimes it'll start on the second or third word of a voiced line, or cut out halfway through a voice line and never have any voicing again until you do the restart.
