Hi, i cannot see anymore the item stats, while holding the mouse arrow on top of an item.

 

Played the game when was released. Now with patch 2.0, and the new DLC, started a new playthrough, and i have this issue.

 

The only way i can see an item, is to right click on it, everytime !

I apologize for the inconvenience.  In order to assist you in this matter, could you please provide me additional information? Does the issue occur when you over hovering over items in your inventory, weapon sets, looting screen? 

 

Could you please provide a screenshot with the issue occurring? Also could you please upload a save file and an output/player log via dropbox and post the link here. You can find the files I require in my signature below.

Hook, i've made a video. While i hold the mouse over the items, nothing happens. No "overlay" appears, or how do u call it.

A output log ?

Yes, the game generates an output log while you are playing. That file can help us determine if there are problems with your files. Click on the link in my signature below and it will show you the location of the files that I need.

(deleted in-game the save files, except the last one, and uploaded everything i've found in saved games/Pillars of Eternity) and the output log.

I loaded up your file and I was not able to reproduce your issue. the item tooltips popped up just fine. Try closing out your game completely and reloading the save file. Let me know if the problem still occurs.

Hmm, maybe because im using windows 10 ?

I'm sure you have done this already, but check to see if you video drivers are all up-to-date and have the latest drivers installed. 

 

Also try this out. In your steam library, right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. 

Its the latest driver, 355.80, nvidia.

 

Also, win10 is fresh, no junk or something.

I've selected the tooltip delay from the setting to max )

 

I've put it back to 0 sec, and works like a charm :D
