So I just found out that Recall Agony is bugged and does nothing, is there a way to...?

Use a console command to remove said ability and  another command to choose another one? It kind of breaks my immersion (sorry, if I sound lame).

 

I also don't want to break achievements permanently. Does doing this break them?

I cant answer the first question but, afaik, enabling the console commands does indeed break achievements.

wait a couple of days, when patch 2.0 is released you can retrain your character ingame for a gold fee. just reskill accordingly and everything should be fine and won't break any achievements.

You can use the IE mod to use the console without disabling achievements, then respec your character.

 

But as Doppelschwert said, you'll be able to respec for a fee after 2.0 comes out so perhaps you could just wait (though I'd still suggest installing the IE Mod because it's so awesome.)

That's why it always felt useless! I thought it was a really interesting ability too.
