As it describes the functionality of this option inverted (therefore wrong) I don't think it's a community job. It's not just a semi-optimal translation or similiar - it's a mistake which lead to an unexpected behavior and I'm sure the devs want to fix it for the next patch and don't want to depend on community fixes.
May 8, 201510 yr Thanks for reporting this. For the next patch, the string will be updated to fallback on the correct English string that correctly describes the option's function (not inverted like it is currently showing).
