LadyCrimson Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Define "all." The only easily changeable npc portraits that I can see belong to Thaos and "that elf woman" plus the companions. They are .png's in the art folder, just like the player character portraits. Thus I'd assume you could overwrite them with a portrait of your own choosing, as long as it's the same name (copy the originals elsewhere first if you don't want to lose them). Other NPC's of the "meet and greet" or brief quest are probably in one of the asset bundles or something. “Things are as they are. Jup, I meant all the other questgivers and people running around that are not companions. Q_QThere's many notable NPC:s that should have distinctive portraits - such as Lord Raedric, yes....and Calisca's portrait should also be replaced, because c'mon, that's obviously a placeholder.
