Scion of flame : Grants +5 DR against flame attacks and increase flame damage you deal by 20 %

Question : How does it work?

Does it add 20 % flame damage to all your weapons when you strike?
Does it turn a 25 % flame damage on a weapon into a 45 % or a 30 % ( 25 + 20 % of 25 ) ?

Or does it only increase flame damage of your spells?
If I make a chanter with that feat and uses the song that gives 25 % extra flame damage to my party ( I know the tooltip says 25 damage, but its actually 25 % extra fire damage ), will my whole party have an extra +25 % flame damage, +30 % flame damage or +45 % flame damage?

If I make a chanter with that feat and the rest of my party also has that feat, and I use the chanter lvl 3 fire damage on strike for my whole party, will they all have +25% flame damage on strike, +30 % flame damage, +45 % flame damage, or will the scion of flame feat on my chanter allies also be applied, turning it into a +30%, or + 36%, or +65% flame damage? Heck I'm losing track of the numbers here!

I've a related question. If dragon hits me for 80 burn damage of what relevance is 5 DR? Am I missing something :)

Possibly the consideration that 5 Fire DR was not implemented as countermeasure to dragons ;)

Impossible to say as all of the elemental talents are currently broken (devs are tracking for a future patch). Once it's fixed, hopefully we'll be able to figure out how it works.
