where is caed nua?

east of black meadow I can't see caed nua...

is this a bug???

It only appears if you got the appropriate quest to visit it. Do you have it?

Not sure if this will help or not, but:  Make sure you exit Black Meadow from the east side (to the right).  Tho iirc Caed Nua should be showing on the map if you have the quest... so maybe this is a bug.

After I complete Madhmr shouldn't I be able to see it after going east?

It should appear right after you talk to Caldara de Berranzi.  I just loaded a save of mine before that conversation and Caed Nua was not on the map.  I talked to her, she told me to go to Caed Nua, and after the conversation completed Caed Nua appeared on my map.
