Salutations All

So we all know the circumstances surrounding this horrific event. Personally I find this terrorist attack especially heinous and craven considering  where it happened and  the jury has found Dzhokhar Tsarnaev guilty of all 30 charges

But the question is " should he receive the death sentence" ? A life for a life, some will argue its the suitable punishment  but for me I have my reservations about the death sentence but I am undecided  on this incident

I reserve my opinion until I hear other views, there is a argument that says a civil and advanced society should never take anyone's life as a life sentence in prison is a fitting punishment but others may disagree

Yea.. except we don't know all the circumstances surrounding the event.

Huh?

What don't we know, are you saying Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother aren't responsible ?

I think he clearly said "we don't know"

I'd say the answer to that question is kind of like the answer to "who's the sucker in this poker game?"*

Yes and I clearly said  " what don't we know "  :)

Even the lawyer for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has admitted he is responsible but his defense argument is that he was under the influence of his brother but there is no doubt he was involved so I am missing this view that says " we don't know "
