Anyone know where Curnd can be found in Ondra's Gift district?

One of the bandits in Act I drops a Tattered Note, which reads: "I need you to deliver our haul for Curnd to sell. He will not speak to you unless you know the words: 'Yc Nybeon Eyldfeon.' He's only found in the Gift after dark."

I'm assuming "the Gift" refers to the Ondra's Gift district of Defiance Bay. I've been wandering around at night, searching for Curnd, with no luck. Is he hiding somewhere, or is the Tattered Note simply a red herring (or possibly an Easter Egg, re: Cernd)?

It'd be weird if Cernd were invovlved in fencing as an homage, but maybe. I have been looking for Curnd as well. Ended up killing time at the Brothel, anyhow. I have not searched extensively yet, but I hope I'm not lugging this shipment around for no reason

From memory, he's like northwest of the Salty Mast in an alleyway (at night).

You can't give him the weapon shipment though.. Or I missed some dialogue.

he is only there during the night. and if you know the passphrase you can get him to trade with you (he got nice jewels^^)

 

he can also tell you where to go for the stolen chest-quest you can get in the same part of the city.

And here I was thinking about selling him the weapon shipment.

Yeah. Found him, but was only able to trade for gems with him. No option to sell him the Smithy's "procured" shipment

I've found him no problem, but he doesn't sell anything other than the things I've sold him previously.  I have the note with the password but I can't seem to get access to his gems.  Any one have any ideas?
